Physical products
Report defects or wrong items within 3 days of delivery with photos/video. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Warranty claims are handled per the product warranty. Customized items (branded or pre-loaded pendrives) cannot be returned unless defective.
Digital products and licenses
Digital downloads and license keys are non-refundable once delivered, except where the product is faulty and we cannot fix it.
Services
If we cannot fix an issue, you pay only for completed work as agreed. Cancel a booking at least 3 hours before the slot for a full refund of any advance.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
